Welcome to the Path of Yoga! We consider ourselves a yoga family and are an authentic, heart-centred Yoga School led by Amy, Josh, Chris, Katrien and India. We have a passion for teaching teachers, and strive to uphold the heart of the yogic tradition whilst incorporating knowledge from cutting-edge, modern sports science.

We share a love for a strong yet nourishing dynamic practice married with traditional Hatha. The practically applied philosophy of Yoga and its sacred traditions is the essence and heart of this immersion course.

Our Yoga Alliance certified training provides a month of Hatha, Vinyasa, Breathwork, Meditation, Philosophy, Self Development, Healing and all the skills necessary to become a successful Yoga Teacher.

A Yoga Teacher Training course can be, and often is the beginning of a new chapter in our lives. It is not the final objective or goal, but a beautiful step on the Path of Yoga.
